Where do we deliver?
Grey Force Home Care delivers to households and businesses throughout New Zealand including rural.
Please note:
- We only deliver within New Zealand.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
How Much Will it Cost?
Grey Force Home Care provides free shipping on all orders only within the main North Island and South Island of New Zealand.
Note: Delivery charges on all orders to Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island and Chatham Island will apply and differ dependent upon freight rates available at the time. We will source quotes on your behalf if necessary.
Do we provide notification on dispatch of order?
After we receive your order, we will notify you by email letting you know your product is on its way. The email will contain a tracking link to ensure you can track every movement of your parcel.
What is the normal delivery time?
Wherever possible, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day that your order is placed. Most orders will take 3-5 working days to arrive at your door. It can take a little longer if you are at a rural address, or if the product requires customisation.
If we are out of stock of your product?
Things happen and on the off chance that we don’t have your desired product in stock, we will contact you and sort out a solution.
What freight company do we use?
We currently use PBT Couriers, who deliver to households and business across all of New Zealand. With PBT Couriers you can quickly and easily track the status of your delivery by simply entering your label number on their website.
