Payment Policy
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept direct bank credit, Eftpos and credit card. Please note: your credit card may have a maximum daily limit which may prevent you from purchasing high value items - please contact your bank for full details.
- Direct bank transfer can be made into our account: Greyforce Ltd 02-0472-0083000-000. These transfers normally clear in our accounting system within 24hrs.
- Until payment is received in full and cleared in our system, all products remain the property of Greyforce Ltd T/A Grey Force Home Care.
We will not dispatch or deliver any products until we have received full payment into our account (unless otherwise agreed). Overdue accounts will incur 3% interest compounding on a 7 day cycle plus administration, collection agency, court, and other relevant costs.
Prices
- We aim to keep our prices as competitive as possible - with that in mind, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for all products on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST of 15%.
- Limitation of Liability; Greyforce Ltd T/A Grey Force Home Care are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use the products we sell.
